Description
Mauna Kea Resort is hiring an MKR Waithelp server for its FB Restaurant division. The role involves setting and resetting tables, greeting guests, taking and entering food and beverage orders into the resort POS system, serving meals and drinks, recommending wine and menu items, processing payments, complying with alcohol-service regulations, maintaining dining areas and supplies, and handling guest concerns. The position may involve indoor and outdoor work, variable shifts, more than 40 hours when needed, and physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
