Description
The Band 3 MKRS Housekeeping Manager supervises and inspects cleaning of residences, offices, company vehicles, and the Kauna’oa recreational center; manages cleaning assignments, schedules, payroll, supplies, safety procedures, employee training and evaluations, guest concerns, and department operations. The role requires at least three years of work-related experience, supervisory and multitasking abilities, computer and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices, and the ability to work long, irregular hours and more than 50 hours per week.
