NXP Semiconductors is hiring a Compiler Engineer for its Global Compiler Team to develop compiler tools for embedded processors, including AI/ML compiler technologies, ARM and RISC-V CPU cores, and pre-silicon and production software development for automotive SOCs. The role requires a computer science or computer engineering degree, at least one year of compiler technology experience, knowledge of ML frameworks and software stacks, Python and C++ programming skills, and experience contributing to open-source projects. It is a full-time permanent contract based in Bucharest with flexible work hours and a work-from-home policy.
