Description
Mithrl is hiring an ML Engineer, Analysis and Simulation to build the analytical and reasoning layer of its AI Co-Scientist for drug discovery. The role develops reusable biological analysis modules, multi-step agentic workflows combining machine learning, statistical reasoning, and biological knowledge, and integrates computational chemistry and small-molecule discovery tools such as ADMET prediction, docking, and generative chemistry. The engineer will collaborate with data engineering, bioinformatics, and curation teams, validate and benchmark pipelines, and contribute to the long-term architecture of scientific reasoning and simulation. The position is based in San Francisco and offers PPO health coverage through Anthem, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k).
