Allianz Spain is hiring a Data Scientist to lead the development and operation of advanced artificial intelligence models focused on customer retention and portfolio optimization in the Auto and Home insurance segments. The role covers predictive churn modeling, risk identification, portfolio optimization, business-to-analytics translation, data quality and pipeline management, model performance monitoring, MLOps, and cloud deployment. Candidates need a degree or master's in a relevant quantitative or data science field, strong English and Spanish, end-to-end machine learning experience, Python and SQL expertise, data pipeline and Big Data experience, and knowledge of MLOps, cloud deployment, and insurance retention metrics. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers flexible working hours.
