The Cortex team is hiring a Prompt Engineer to design, test, evaluate, improve, and evolve prompts for natural-language understanding and AI assistant applications. The role covers prompt development across text generation, question answering, data classification, and synthetic training data; regression testing; performance and user-feedback analysis; safety and compliance evaluation; and collaboration with legal, product, and data science teams. Candidates need strong Python, database, programming, data-processing, testing, and communication skills, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree or certification.
