Pragmatike is recruiting a full-time ML Engineer for a remote-first role in India, starting in November 2026. The position owns end-to-end threat detection models for AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and data, including classifiers, embedding models, fine-tuned LLMs, and rule/ML hybrids. Responsibilities span model training and evaluation, dataset and labeling workflows, production inference in Go, low-latency optimization, MLOps, and adversarial robustness. Candidates need 4+ years of production ML experience, strong Python and Go skills, transformer-model expertise, low-latency serving experience, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
