Deichmann is hiring an ML Engineer / Data Scientist to develop and operate customer-centric data and feature models for machine learning, CRM, and analytics applications. The role involves processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data; designing scalable feature structures; building production-grade ML features for customer analytics; establishing data governance and versioning; and supporting use cases from proof of concept through production. The position requires a STEM degree, at least five years of relevant experience including three years in a production ML environment, strong SQL and Python skills, knowledge of MLOps and scalable data products, and very good German with expected English skills.
