Physical Intelligence is hiring an ML Infra Engineer (Data Systems) to build and operate data infrastructure for large-scale robot learning. The role covers high-throughput data ingestion and processing, batch and streaming systems, object storage, metadata and indexing, data lifecycle management, training-time performance optimization, petabyte-scale data movement, observability, and operational correctness. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with distributed systems or large-scale data pipelines, and familiarity with batch or streaming processing, object storage, and data formats.
