Metamorphic is hiring Research Engineers to build infrastructure for autonomous scientific discovery, including scalable agentic frameworks, end-to-end research workflows, reproducible experimental pipelines, and integration layers between frontier models and multimodal data. The role requires substantial software engineering and machine learning experience, Python and deep-learning expertise, knowledge of transformers and agentic frameworks, and experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and autonomous AI agents. The position offers a $140,000–$280,000 USD salary range, equity, benefits, and visa sponsorship.
