Minimum Education: PhD or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
Required Previous Experiences: Deep learning expertise with top ML or NLP conference publications or a product application track record
Preferred Qualifications: Reinforcement learning for large language models, including RLHF, GRPO, PPO, RLVR, reward modeling, and RL scaling laws
Code generation and coding agents, including repository-level code understanding and agentic coding
Agentic systems, including multi-turn reinforcement learning, tool-use planning, long-horizon task execution, and user simulation
Distillation and alignment, including on-policy, reward-tilted, and cross-stage distillation
Long-context and efficiency techniques, including sparse attention, context compression, and scaling to very long context windows
