The role focuses on training conditioned policies, applying safety-constrained reinforcement learning, designing reward functions, optimizing large-scale multi-agent training environments, advancing neural architectures, and collaborating with Simulation and Planning teams to integrate research-grade models into production software. Candidates need professional deep RL experience, Python and PyTorch expertise, and an MS or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
