Description
Globalpayer is hiring an ML Software Engineering Lead to serve as the technical and functional leader for its Data Science Enablement engineering function. The role owns the strategy, operational maturity, engineering standards, platform capabilities, and long-term effectiveness of production ML software engineering, while balancing hands-on architecture, design and code reviews, and implementation work. The lead will guide scalable, low-latency ML product development, collaborate with data science, product, platform, security, and other engineering teams, and establish operational standards for reliability, observability, incident management, and support. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of ML software engineering, ML ops, ML engineering, or ML research experience, and experience deploying large-scale real-time ML models in production.
