Simile is hiring a Member of Technical Staff in ML Systems to build and operate the full lifecycle ML platform for researchers training, evaluating, and deploying models. The role covers data schemas and ingestion, training orchestration, experiment tracking, evaluation, model serving, GPU cluster management, autoscaling, observability, and scientific evaluation tooling. It requires deep systems and machine learning proficiency, production MLOps experience, distributed systems expertise, and a strong quantitative foundation.
