Description
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer Intern for its Toronto Neuron team at Annapurna Labs. The intern will bring up and optimize machine learning models for AWS Trainium and develop profiling, debugging, and analysis tools. Interns may join the Frontier Model Performance team or the Developer Experience team, with 12–16-month or 3–4-month options starting in January, May, or September 2027. The role requires a relevant bachelor's or higher degree, programming experience in Python, C, or C++, and experience in at least two of six listed technical areas. The starting pay is 100,810.00 CAD annually.
