Description
Veeva Systems is hiring an MLR Expert to own review quality across the United States for Falcon MLR, an AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory review of pharmaceutical promotional material. The role leads regulatory monitoring, coordinates with other regions, operationalizes reviewer feedback into product improvements, investigates AI agent decisions, automates workflows, and owns quality benchmarks. Candidates must have pharmaceutical promotional-material review experience, knowledge of FDA, OPDP, and PhRMA requirements, experience with HCP- and consumer-directed materials, familiarity with Vault PromoMats, and the ability to work hands-on with AI. The position is remote in the United States, offers a base salary of $120,000–$180,000, and includes medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
