Veeva Systems is hiring an MLR Expert to own review quality across Europe for Falcon MLR, its AI application for medical, legal, and regulatory review of pharmaceutical promotional material. The role involves improving reviewer agreement with AI findings, leading regulatory monitoring, operationalizing feedback loops, diagnosing AI agent issues, automating workflows, and maintaining quality benchmarks. Candidates must have pharmaceutical promotional-material review experience, knowledge of European regulatory codes, experience with Vault PromoMats, and live in the EU. The position is remote in the United Kingdom and offers flexibility to work from home or in the office.
