The role processes patient specimens, performs broad laboratory testing across blood banking, chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, urinalysis, and coagulation, operates automated laboratory equipment, evaluates abnormal results, reports findings to healthcare providers, and maintains quality and HIPAA compliance.
