Description

Adidev Technologies Inc. is seeking experienced iOS and/or Android mobile developers who can enhance and debug large-scale applications for their clients. The role involves designing and building applications, ensuring performance and quality, collaborating with teams, fixing bugs, and maintaining code quality. Candidates must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable relocating to a new city/state for ongoing client assignments lasting several months.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years of Java experience
Experience publishing to Play Store
Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch
Experience with iOS frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation
Experience with Design Patterns (MVC, Singleton)
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Android SDK and handling various screen sizes
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and library usage
Familiarity with RESTful APIs connecting to backend services
Comfortable with Git and source control
Strong work ethic and personal time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Low-level C-based library knowledge is preferred
Experience with performance/memory tuning using instruments and shark
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notification systems
Benchmarking and optimization skills
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
Familiarity with continuous integration
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred, especially for exceptionally skilled programmers without degrees.
