MANTECH is hiring a full-time Mobile Application Developer for its Ashburn, Virginia hybrid position, requiring 2–3 onsite days per week. The role designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains secure iOS and Android applications supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection field operations, including alien processing, border-security data management, and illegal-immigration interdiction. Responsibilities include integrating mobile applications with enterprise systems, ensuring federal cybersecurity and FISMA compliance, designing field-optimized user interfaces, and maintaining application performance. Candidates need a relevant technical degree, 5–7 years of experience depending on degree level, mobile-development experience, API and cloud-backend knowledge, and a current or active Top Secret clearance with DHS CBP suitability.
