Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is hiring an independent-contractor Mobile Bartender / Server for as-needed, event-based assignments in Baltimore, Maryland and other authorized event locations. The role provides professional bartending, beverage preparation and service, guest assistance, event setup and breakdown, and related hospitality services. Compensation is $50.00 per authorized service hour, with no guaranteed schedule, minimum hours, or recurring assignments. The contractor is responsible for transportation, applicable taxes, insurance, certifications, licenses, and business expenses.
