Description
The Mobile Building Engineer I provides maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, inspections, and emergency response for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems across multiple properties. The role requires travel between portfolio properties, on-call emergency response, contractor monitoring, safety compliance, and mentorship of junior technicians. Candidates need 2–3 years of job-related or trade experience, a valid state driver's license, engineering and trade licenses where required, and U.S. work authorization; CFC certification is preferred. The position is not hybrid or remote and requires physical work including ladder climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
