Description
The Mobile Building Engineer II provides comprehensive maintenance and operational services across multiple properties, troubleshooting HVAC, lighting, plumbing, BAS, and electrical systems. The role includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, contractor coordination, emergency response, and mentoring of junior technicians. It requires 3–5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification or trade experience, a valid state driver's license, engineering and trade licenses where required, and the ability to travel regularly between properties.
