EML is hiring a Mobile Claims Specialist to support injured workers through recovery and return-to-work journeys in a workers compensation and personal injury claims management setting. The role involves liaising with workers, employers, healthcare providers, and internal claims specialists, creating and driving RTW plans, conducting face-to-face visits to worksites and medical clinics, and providing clear guidance to stakeholders.
