Description
The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides rapid, secure-setting and telehealth crisis intervention for community members experiencing psychiatric crises, with the goal of stabilizing the situation and avoiding hospitalization. The role includes crisis evaluation, triage, admission and discharge coordination, provisional treatment planning, referrals, client and family support, crisis-prevention planning, and collaboration with police, first responders, schools, and other community partners. It is an awake overnight position with limited travel and a generous stipend, and requires a master’s degree in a relevant clinical field plus two years of relevant experience.
