Description
Responsible for ensuring ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs of facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems, equipment, and components. This includes operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior repair. The role involves conducting facility inspections, responding to emergencies, managing boiler, heater, pump, valve, and line operations, controlling stock and inventory, recommending improvements to the preventive maintenance program, and compiling monthly reports.
