Description
Pareto FM is hiring a full-time Mobile Engineer (PPM) to support a portfolio of client sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The role delivers planned preventative maintenance for mechanical and/or electrical building services, supports reactive maintenance and fault-finding, completes CAFM records, carries out minor repairs, and maintains safety and client relationships. Candidates need prior PPM or building maintenance engineering experience, knowledge of M&E/HVAC, a relevant engineering qualification, CAFM or mobile reporting experience, and a full UK driving licence. The position is field-based, requires travel between sites, and offers a company vehicle or car allowance, tools, training, and career development opportunities.
