Description
The Mobile Engineer will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-control, and building-management systems across assigned portfolio properties. The role includes site inspections, troubleshooting, equipment-upgrade recommendations, coordination of construction projects, disaster-recovery support, and daily local travel between properties. Candidates should have HVAC or operating-engineer training, at least two years of field experience or equivalent technical training, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with relevant codes. The position is not hybrid or remote and requires work at portfolio properties.
