Description
LifeVantage is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Lead to guide and expand their Mobile App engineering team. The role involves overseeing daily roadmap execution, establishing best practices, making architectural decisions, and actively participating in coding, troubleshooting, and code reviews. The Lead will collaborate with product owners, cross-functional teams, and users to enhance app usage and adoption. Additionally, they will mentor a distributed engineering team, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The position also focuses on refining agile processes, including conducting sprint ceremonies, facilitating planning and estimation, and boosting team velocity and delivery maturity. The technology stack includes C# and .NET Core for APIs, Neo4j for the graph database, and Flutter for the mobile app, with a strong emphasis on C# and backend expertise, Azure proficiency, and experience with app releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
