The role involves preparing and maintaining Dell equipment, troubleshooting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 systems, deploying applications through SCCM, resolving ServiceNow tickets, and providing on-site support. The position requires a BTS qualification, at least three years of field support experience, a valid “B” driving license, and starts on 1 September 2026; teleworking is not authorized.
