The Hillman Group is hiring a Mobile Locksmith Technician to support its growing Dallas market. The role operates a company-provided mobile service van, providing on-site automotive key replacement, key programming, key fob programming, and locksmith services while coordinating customer appointments, managing inventory, maintaining equipment and the van, and delivering customer service. The position requires a Texas automotive locksmith license or the ability to obtain one, a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and experience with automotive key cutting, programming, and cloning. The schedule is Thursday through Monday with possible overtime and weekend work, and the compensation is $25 per hour plus 5% commission on sales, with a company van and fuel card.
