Black & McDonald is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to report to the Facility Manager and perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, tenant requests, and business support across property and site assets. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety equipment, lifting devices, compressors, overhead doors, and general site maintenance, with requirements including 1–3 years of complex building-systems experience, HVAC experience, building automation knowledge, a valid Ontario G driver’s license, and the ability to obtain reliability or secret clearance.
