Q-Sourcing is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to relocate from Kenya to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and manage large-scale mobile money super dealer operations involving 4,000+ wakalas. The role covers agent and wakala management, SOPs, float control, KPI performance, regulatory and SLA compliance, onboarding, training, performance management, customer journey optimization, system testing, UAT, incident resolution, and mentoring local teams. Candidates need proven mobile money or digital payments operations experience, leadership experience managing large agent networks, expertise in super dealer operations and float management, and strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
