Description
The part-time Mobile Phlebotomist drives a company vehicle to nursing homes and other client facilities to collect, label, process, and deliver patient specimens. The role includes patient identification, specimen preservation, equipment and supply management, recordkeeping, safety compliance, and communication with dispatchers. It follows a Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. shift with alternating weekends and holidays, pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience with mileage reimbursement, and requires a valid state phlebotomy license where applicable, a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and proficiency in venipuncture and skin-puncture techniques.
