The Mobile Power Engineer will work on Google's Pixel System Power team to optimize power and performance across mobile-device subsystems, including CPU, GPU, MCU, memory, display, and connectivity. The role involves analyzing and improving software, debugging battery-drain issues, developing power-monitoring tools and tests, and coordinating with Silicon, Android, application, and hardware teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least six years of experience with mobile device SOCs and subsystems, along with experience in power optimization and embedded software system design.
