Onecom is hiring a Mobile Proposition Manager in Brockworth, Gloucestershire, on a permanent contract. Reporting to the Partner Billing & Commercial Director, the role owns commercial activity across the mobile portfolio, including impact analysis, Redbill reporting, tariff changes, migrations, OneHub portal development, deal-stacking support, margin analysis, and stakeholder management with Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing, Development, and external partners and suppliers. The position requires strong numeracy, analytical and Excel skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
