Description
Change is hiring a Mobile QA Engineer to own quality for its Flutter investment app across iOS and Android. The role covers manual and automated testing of onboarding, KYC, funding, trading, custody, order, portfolio, deposit, and withdrawal flows; building and maintaining mobile test automation; release quality, crash triage, device and OS coverage, and measurable quality metrics. The engineer will also use AI agents and coding tools to scale QA while maintaining human judgement in a regulated, money-moving product. The position is hybrid in Amsterdam, with travel to Athens and Estonia, and requires at least three years of mobile QA experience, hands-on test automation experience, and familiarity with CI/CD.
