Linaker is hiring Mobile Technicians (Fabric Biased) across the United Kingdom to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs at client sites. The role covers building maintenance, minor fabric repairs, painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing, Legionella temperature logging, emergency lighting testing, quotations, work documentation, compliance, customer service, and liaison with clients and suppliers. Candidates need a full UK driving licence, City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade or building maintenance discipline, and previous facilities management or building maintenance experience; the package includes a starting salary, annual pay reviews, 25 days of holiday, and provided uniform and tools.
