J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Mobile Technician II in Stockton, California. The role performs intermediate preventive maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on tractors, trailers, chassis, containers, and power equipment at customer sites or rail yards using a mobile service truck. Duties include tire and brake repairs, ABS and electrical diagnostics, structural repairs, welding and cutting, trailer patching, equipment documentation, work-order completion, and mentoring trainees. The position requires relevant semi-tractor or semi-trailer maintenance experience, a clean motor vehicle record, basic tools, outdoor and shift flexibility, and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
