Halfords is hiring a full-time Mobile Tyre Technician in Chelmsford, Essex, to travel to customers’ driveways and perform vehicle repairs and services. The role includes tyre fitting, dash-cam fitting, battery replacement, air-con services, windscreen repairs, oil and filter changes, and tow-bar fitting. It offers a base salary of £32,009–£33,038 plus on-target earnings of up to £35,838, with a 44-hour week and a Monday–Sunday shift pattern. Previous tyre-fitting or vehicle-repair experience is desirable, along with strong customer service, problem-solving, independent-working, and valid driving skills.
