Description
Datacom is hiring a Mobility Engineer for its Intelligent Workspace and Mobility Services team on a fixed-term contract through January 2027. The role supports, designs, builds, monitors, and governs enterprise mobile and Chrome OS environments, including iOS, Android, and customer systems managed with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SOTI, Apple Business Manager, and Google Admin. Responsibilities include incident and change management, ITIL-aligned operations, project and proof-of-concept delivery, technical leadership during major incidents, reporting and documentation, customer communication, staff training, and service improvement. The position requires five years of IT industry experience, approximately two years in a similar mobility role, strong mobility-platform administration, networking and enterprise-application knowledge, troubleshooting, customer service, communication, prioritization, and autonomous working skills.
