Description
Datacom is hiring a Mobility Engineer to provide end-to-end mobility and managed services support for customer environments. The role includes operational monitoring, incident resolution, changes, troubleshooting, customer training, documentation, governance of iOS, Android, and Chrome OS environments, and support for Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SOTI, Apple Business Manager, and related technologies. The position requires five years of IT industry experience, including approximately two years in a similar mobility role, along with strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, networking, and the listed administration tools. It is a fixed-term contract until January 2027.
