EMPath is hiring a Mobility Mentor - STEPS in Dorchester, Massachusetts to support families who have recently left emergency shelter programs. The role provides one-to-one Mobility Mentoring coaching focused on housing, budgeting, career, education, child care, and health care; assists with housing placement; conducts assessments and individualized mobility plans; documents services; makes referrals; and coordinates with participants and external stakeholders. The position requires 4 days in-office at 21 Hosmer Street, some evenings and weekends, and 25% local travel to scattered participant sites. A driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, and the role pays $26.27 to $27.78 per hour.
