Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. is hiring a full-time Transportation Supervisor to lead and supervise drivers and mobility, scheduling, and dispatching staff while coordinating safe, compliant, and efficient transportation services. The role oversees DOT, DMV, FTA, and agency compliance; fleet safety and vehicle records; incident and claims management; scheduling and dispatch support; regulatory reporting; and community transportation outreach. The position requires a CDL Class B license with P/S and Air Brake Endorsement, DMV Article 19A examiner certification, and either a related bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of supervisory experience or five years of transportation-system experience.
