Nscale is hiring a Mobility Specialist to own the tactical, end-to-end delivery of domestic and international relocations for its US employee population. The role manages move cases from initiation through completion, administers US mobility policies and allowances, coordinates with relocation vendors, supports employees through sensitive moves, and contributes to program tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Candidates need at least four years of hands-on mobility casework experience, a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong communication and judgment skills. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$150,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and other benefits.
