Description

CTDI is hiring a Technical Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager to provide multi-site leadership for engineering sustainment, technology deployment, operational improvement, and continuous improvement across its Mobility facilities. The role owns sustainment roadmaps, equipment and process lifecycle governance, troubleshooting, technology rollouts, improvement initiatives, and the development of 3–5 direct reports across geographically dispersed teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, progressive technical-operations leadership experience, cross-functional roadmap execution, and structured problem-solving ability are required; CTDI does not offer visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, supply chain, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Progressive leadership experience in technical operations, engineering support, manufacturing, repair, distribution, logistics, or another complex operating environment.
Experience leading managers or cross-functional teams across multiple sites or remote locations.
Experience building and executing roadmaps, managing multiple priorities, and delivering projects through cross-functional teams.
Experience identifying improvement opportunities, establishing baselines and targets, and measuring operational and financial impact.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within CTDI operations or knowledge of CTDI technologies, systems, equipment, and troubleshooting practices.
Experience implementing automation, test systems, production technology, material-handling solutions, or software-enabled operational tools.
Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, A3 problem solving, DMAIC, or similar continuous improvement methods; certification is a plus.
Experience developing business cases, managing capital or operating budgets, and validating project benefits.
Experience supporting customer-driven operations with demanding service-level, quality, and delivery requirements.
