Generation is hiring a Mobilization and Program Assistant for a six-month fixed-term contract with possible extension based on performance and confirmed funding. The role supports recruitment and selection for Generation Colombia programs, including applicant follow-up, email and inquiry resolution, participant profiling and interviewing, status documentation, delivery of computers and resources, event and informational-session logistics, and coordination with instructors and Generation teams on technical and employability training.
