AIXTRON is hiring an MOCVD Application Lab Technician in Herzogenrath to operate MOCVD deposition systems, conduct test runs and measurements, monitor equipment statistics, maintain spare parts and consumables, and support installation and commissioning. The role requires a technical degree or comparable qualification, strong communication and teamwork skills, MS Office proficiency, and very good German and good English.
