ISS is hiring a full-time Assistant Catering Manager for Modbury Hospital in Adelaide. Reporting to the Catering Manager – Health (SA), the role supports the day-to-day operation of healthcare food services, including meal production, distribution, service, HACCP compliance, team supervision, dietitian and healthcare-team collaboration, rostering, budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement. The position may also support ISS Health operations across the Adelaide metropolitan region and requires at least five years of senior hospitality or food services leadership experience, along with relevant catering, food safety, financial, and operational-system experience.
