Electrolux Professional Group is hiring a Model Based Design Engineer to design control algorithms for thermal, hydraulic, and cooling systems in professional cooking, washing, and chilling appliances. The role covers system analysis, behavior modelling, simulation and validation, test definition, and code implementation using model-based design, rapid control prototyping, and automated code generation. The engineer will collaborate with firmware, software, validation, and system teams and follow project processes. The position requires a master’s degree in mechatronics or automation engineering, at least five years of similar experience, MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow expertise, C and C++ knowledge, and software engineering skills; it offers a hybrid work arrangement.
